John did an absolute excellent job on my BMW 328i! His communication, customer service, and quality of work were top-notch. Before choosing 1-2 Automotive, I spoke to 10 to 15 other body shops, and absolutely no one could match what he offered for the price. He painted my bumper in less than 3 hours and even restored my extremely foggy headlights for free! I highly recommend this place for any body shop work. I will definitely keep going back for all my future body and minor repair needs.

Came in with a messed up bumper, fender and hood needed a repaint and had to get a chrome delete cause I hate all the chrome it had, came in and they blessed me with the all black color matching trim with that cherry red looking way better than before with all the chrome trim. They also repaired my passenger fender now looks brand new 10/10 recommend if you need anything repaired or repainted on your vehicle

5 stars to this body shop honestly this project came out better than any other body shop I went to they made sure to put in every detail I asked for I came in with my step side bed broken into peace’s and made it look brand new they made sure to put time and dedication to it the molding is on point to the scoops to crespo wings they do EVERYTHING lights sound system paint body work what else can you ask for and for a good price best body shop in DALLAS straight up I will be coming back for sure these ppl basically gave me a brand new truck !!! Forever thankful i came to this shop A-1

DO NOT COME HERE, brought my truck here to get my front end painted (by john) and they oversprayed the whole truck and did not want to fix or even buff out the area that was oversprayed. When i confronted the guy who had painted the truck he did not want to fix it he insisted got mad about it. Quality work does NOT exist here, worst paint shop. Do no waste your time and money here just to get scammed with some shitty work.

Has done plenty of work for me like my hood, wing and some color matching have always been satisfied with the results. Overall a really good shop to go to and would recommend it, all nice people and good work and pricing will definitely be going back!
